Aitor Cubo closes the second workshop on best practices in the field of e-Justice

This workshop is part of the aforementioned cooperation project supported by the European Commission, to promote the digitization of Justice in Spain through change management.

In his speech, Aitor Cubo stressed the importance of a data-oriented Justice and legal certainty in the framework of the actions carried out by videoconference. He also made himself available to the European Commission and the Council of Europe for bilateral projects to improve Justice as a pillar of the Rule of Law.

For its part, the CEPEJ stressed that Spain is at the forefront of projects for the digital transformation of Justice and pointed out the strong involvement of the Directorate General for International Legal Cooperation in this commission.

The meeting, coordinated by the Directorate General for International Legal Cooperation, was attended by the Secretaries of Government of the National Court and the Region of Murcia, experts from the Ministry of Justice of Spain, as well as from France, Luxembourg and Switzerland.
